No quality rating, no ranking and no user reviews are published.

Any commercial partnerships are shown distinctly with the “Commercial partner” label; other professionals are simply “listed”.

The checks carried out concern the accessibility of websites and the public administrative status of professionals; the date of the check is shown when it is known. They do not certify the quality of services or qualifications. A professional’s availability for an assignment must be confirmed directly with them.

The information comes from public sources (in particular the official websites of professionals, organisations and agencies, open datasets under the Open Licence or ODbL, the OpenStreetMap database: © OpenStreetMap contributors, data available under the ODbL, see openstreetmap.org/copyright, and the Overture Maps Foundation “Places” dataset (overturemaps.org), whose provider is shown on each listing: Meta, Microsoft, BrightQuery, PinMeTo, Uberall, DAC under the CDLA-Permissive-2.0 licence, Foursquare under the Apache-2.0 licence (© Foursquare Labs, Inc., data transformed to the Overture schema), AllThePlaces under CC0-1.0); it is indicative, not exhaustive and may contain errors or be out of date.

The Cadastre module displays, for information and guidance only, the computerised cadastral plan (DGFiP / Etalab, Open Licence 2.0) and the land value requests (DVF, DGFiP, Open Licence 2.0, published under article L. 112 A of the French Tax Procedures Code). This data is neither a boundary survey, nor proof of ownership, nor a valuation of a property. It may contain errors or omissions, is not updated in real time and only covers sales from the last five years. The official service remains cadastre.gouv.fr.

In line with the reuse conditions of the DVF data, Rabbit-immo displays no personal identity, does not allow the individuals concerned to be re-identified, even indirectly, and does not expose this data to search engines. Sale dates are rounded to the month.

Using the map involves exchanges with third-party services: base maps are loaded directly by your browser from OpenStreetMap or IGN (Géoplateforme), which then receive your IP address; address searches are forwarded by our servers to the Base Adresse Nationale. To protect the service, your IP address is used temporarily to limit the number of municipalities loaded per hour; it is not kept for that purpose beyond this one-hour window.
